Meet Maveriick Grey

Immortalizing art,
on human skin.

I began my journey in the tattoo industry in 2021 and it’s been an amazing learning process and opened up a new avenue of creation. The ability to compliment the human body with the flow of ink on skin, accentuate the beauty within ourselves and carry on memories.

Tattoo Care

Before

Nutrition

Be sure to eat a nutritious meal before your appointment, and avoid consuming painkillers on the day off. It’s also encouraged to bring some healthy snacks with you to maintain your blood sugar levels throughout the duration of your tattoo sitting.

Hydration

Avoid alcohol the day of and the day before your tattoo appointment. Be sure to drink lots of water the day of, to avoid muscle cramping. Bring a full water bottle with you to have on hand for the duration of your tattoo sitting.

Exercise

To optimize circulation and limb flexibility, it is encouraged to do some static stretching before your appointment. Engaging in breathing exercises can also promote relaxation for the duration of your tattoo sitting.

Comfort

It’s encouraged that you wear comfy, dark, clothing for your tattoo appointment (to avoid blood stains and/or any unnecessary discomfort.) Be sure to plan your day ahead, and give yourself enough time to show up for your new tattoo appointment cool, calm and collected.

After

Heal

Be sure to remove your bandage within the first 24 hours. Avoid prolonged soaking or steaming of the tattooed area (including hot tubs, saunas, and other related spa treatments) as this may irritate the skin and become detremental to your tattoo's healing.

Cleanse

Gently cleanse your tattoo with unscented soap and water. Pat to dry, and avoid excessive rubbing or exfoliating of the tattoo area. Repeat this 1 to 2 times per day.

Moisturize

After cleansing and drying, apply a thin layer of unscented lotion or Antibacterial ointment to the tattoo area. Do this 1-2 times per day for at least 1 week. After day 3, you can also start to apply thin layers of unscented lotion post-cleansing.

Conceal

It’s encouraged that you continue to wear loose/comfy clothing over your tattoo for at least 2 weeks. Avoid exposing the area to any direct sunlight.
